Our company is equipped with 500KG vacuum smelting of 2000KG ESR ingot, and perennial with inventory.Our MOQ is one.

1.Monel alloy is a corrosion resistant alloy of the Ni - Cu , there are two types: Processing of enhanced,such as machining aggrandizement Monel400, 404, R405; Precipitation hardening type, such as Monel K 500,502, Monel 400 and K 500.The mechanical performance of Monel K-500 is better than Monel 400 K 500, but the corrosion resistance is not an advantage.

2.MONEL, MONEL, alloy series are new products of our company,with advanced process technology, equipment and development.

3.They have the following excellent physical properties: high strength, high corrosion resistance, wear resistance.Among different kinds of acid, alkali medium, it has advantages of long life span, which widely used in petroleum chemical industry, nuclear industry, defense industry and other cutting-edge industries.It also be applied in some industries under the complex environmental conditions,such as the high strength, high corrosion resistance, high wear resistance properties.
